Day 1 (Monday)
After arrival at the fantastic Faroe Islands, a shuttle-taxi will take you to Hotel Djurhuus***, which will be your home for the next 7 nights.

Day 2 (Tuesday)
This day is at your own disposal – if you do not add one of the excursions “Streymoy & Eysturoy” (see prices on the list of addtional tours).
We suggest you taking a tour through Tórshavn’s old town “á Reyni, and visit the World’s oldest parliament “Tinganes”. There are several interesting museums to visit, and perhaps a lunch at the Nordic House. Enjoy the world’s smallest capital with its maritime cafés, restaurants, designer shop or perhaps the shopping center SMS.

Tinganes

Day 3 (Wednesday)
Today’s excursion goes to Mykines. You will be picked up at the hotel at 9am. Mykines is the westernmost island of the Faroes, and famous for the very rich bird life, the mountains and the incredibly hike to the islet. You will get very close to the puffins, and the the nortern gannet soar majestically above the sea, around the island. Maybe you will even spot one of the many seals, that stay by the islet under the lighthouse.
You will be back at your hotel at 7pm.

Day 4 (Thursday)
This day is at your own disposal – if you do not add one of the excursions “Suðuroy” (see prices on the list of addtional tours).
We suggest you taking a tour through Tórshavn’s old town “á Reyni, and visit the World’s oldest parliament “Tinganes”. There are several interesting museums to visit, and perhaps a lunch at the Nordic House. Enjoy the world’s smallest capital with its maritime cafés, restaurants, designer shop or perhaps the shopping center SMS.

Tinganes

Day 5 (Friday)
You will be picked up at the hotel just before 9am, and the excursion is a full day trip to the Northern Islands. The mountains up north are characterized by being high and steep – and you will have the opportunity, to take several pictures from different spots where we will stop by. You will be able to see Fugloy, Svínoy, Borðoy and Kunoy, and we will be stopping by the beautiful church in Klaksvík, a wool factory and the Viking exacavations in Leirvík. You will be back in Tórshavn around 7pm.
Lunch is included in the trip.

Day 6 (Saturday)
This day is at your own disposal – if you do not add one of the excursions “Vestmanna Bird Cliffs” (see prices on the list of addtional tours).
We suggest you taking a tour through Tórshavn’s old town “á Reyni, and visit the World’s oldest parliament “Tinganes”. There are several interesting museums to visit, and perhaps a lunch at the Nordic House. Enjoy the world’s smallest capital with its maritime cafés, restaurants, designer shop or perhaps the shopping center SMS.

Tinganes

Day 7 (Sunday)
Today’s departure is at 10am, and our destination is Sandoy – arguably the island which has preserved most of the traditional Faroe Islands.
After Sandoy we head over to the old cultural stronghold in Kirkjubø, where you can see the World’s oldest wooden house, Roykstovan, from the year 1050, and which today houses the
17th generation of the Patursson family. You will also have the opportunity to see the ruins of St. Magnus’ catchedral from the 1300s and Olav’s church from the 1200s.
You’re back at the hotel at 8pm, and lunch is included in the trip.

Day 8 (Monday)
