New Year’s Eve at the lovely Hotel Hafnia “down town” Tórshavn and the beautiful fireworks – probably the most beautiful you’ve ever seen…
The evening starts with an aperitif at 19:30 – before we head to the festive restaurant. Enjoy the evening in the city center with views of the city while enjoying a 5-course menu included in the price:
Blinis with caviar, sour cream and red onion
Stir-fried beef tartare on toast
Lobster with herb butter, aioli and lemon – served with bread
Lamb crown with cauliflower puree, pommes fondant and truffle glaze
Gateau Marcel

Coffee/tea with Baileys/Cognac
Wine menu can be purchased for DKK 695,- per person
(It is also possible to get an alcohol-free wine menu)
At 23:45 we will continue the New Year’s Eve celebrations from the hotel’s panorama restaurant, with a view of the most amazing fireworks and a little “bubble water” to ring in the New Year.
After midnight we will continue with coffee and sweets. The bar will be open.
