Day by day suggestions
Day 1; Copenhagen – Faroe Islands
When the group arrives in the Faroe Islands, you will be picked up at the airport and taken to your accommodation.
We check in and the group meets for a cup of coffee/tea and greet each other.
Before our dinner at the hotel, we have our first yoga class with our wonderful yoga teacher Bjørk.
Attractions: Tórshavn, yoga

Day 2;
We start the morning with breathing exercises before breakfast. Today’s excursion is a hike into the city – Tórshavn. Here you are on your own and experience the world’s smallest capital.
We meet at Nordens Hus for lunch and then head back to the hotel for relaxation.
After dinner, our evening yoga awaits.

Day 3;
We start the morning with breathing exercises before breakfast. Today’s excursion is a hike through Rossagøtan, overlooking Tórshavn.
After the day’s hike, you’ll have the opportunity to relax, where you can purchase different selections for Ress Spa – welness.
Today’s dinner will be “Heimablídni”, where we are going to a couple’s home in Velbastaður for a delicious meal.

Day 4;
We’ll get up and Bjørk will fill our morning with good yoga followed by breakfast. Today’s full day excursion goes to Tjørnuvík on Eysturoy. Where we will experience the silence, the high mountains and the rushing sea. We pamper ourselves with saunas and sea dips. All our senses will be stimulated and awakened.
The evening ends with dinner and yoga at the hotel.

Day 5;
On the way to the airport we stop at Sørvágsvatn, where we hike out to popular Trælanípan and Bøsdalafossur.
Part of the trip is done in silence where we get time to sense the surroundings, sounds, thoughts, etc.
On the way out to Trælanípan, we walk along Lake Sørvágsvatn, the largest lake in the Faroe Islands. Here you’ll get a fantastic view that you won’t soon forget. You’ll also have a view of the Bøsdalafossur waterfall, which flows from the lake into the sea.
The trail also takes you to Trælanípa (Slave Mountain), a rock wall that rises 142 meters vertically from the sea.
The trip is 5 km there and back. And takes 2 hours in total. The ride is easy. The terrain is almost completely flat.
After this wonderful tour, we drive to Sørvágur for lunch at the cozy Café Fjørðoy, an old grocery store from 1960, before heading to the airport.

After an eventful few days, it’s time to head home – with memories to last a lifetime.
