Full-day excursion to the beautiful island of Sandoy – here we experience the traditional Faroese lifestyle. On this tour there are sights such as puffin colonies and bird cliffs.
Packed lunch is eaten along the way.
On our way back to Tórshavn, we visit the ancient cultural stronghold of Kirkjubøur. In Kirkjubøur you can experience one of the world’s oldest log houses from around 1050, where the Patursson family has lived for 17 generations, the ruins of St. Magnus Cathedral from the 14th century and Olav’s Church from the 13th century.
You will be picked up from your accommodation in Tórshavn shortly before the tour starts and returned after the tour ends.
